秋に母が作った、栗のポタージュ。
私がずっと‘栗のポタージュを作ってみたい’と呟いてたら、
母が作ってしまいました。
たくさんの栗の皮を剥くのには、何晩か掛かりました。
贅沢なスープ。
水分が飛んで鍋肌にこびりついたそれが、まるでスイートポテトのよう。
お鍋からスプーンでこそげとって残らず口に運びました。
